- Do I upload photos before ordering? Yes — choose your pack size, then upload the same number of photos on the product page before adding to cart.
- What size are the magnets? A generous 2.5×2.5 inches — bigger than most photo magnets, perfect for fridges and magnetic boards.
- Can each magnet have a different photo? Yes — one photo per magnet, mix and match freely.
- Will my photo be cropped? Photos are fitted to the 2.5×2.5" square. We position carefully to keep faces centred. If you're worried about a specific photo, message us.
- How long is delivery? Printed and dispatched within 2 days, then Royal Mail delivery. Free UK delivery on orders over £15.
- Do phone photos work? Absolutely — that's what most customers use. Brighter, sharper photos print best.
- Can I return personalised magnets? As each order is custom-made from your photos, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email orders@reministic.co.uk with photos and we'll make it right.
- Will you use my photos anywhere? Only with your permission — there's an optional tick-box at checkout. Otherwise your photos are used solely to make your order.
- Can you handle bulk or wedding orders? Yes — 12+ magnets get a tailored quote. Email orders@reministic.co.uk.
- What resolution does my photo need? Phone photos from the last few years are fine up to around 16×20". Every order gets a free PhotoCheck — a real person reviews your photo before printing, and if it won't look great at the size you chose, we message you with options before anything prints.
- What is PhotoCheck? Our free photo review, included with every order. Before your photo goes anywhere near a printer, we check the resolution, brightness and how it crops at your chosen size. Most photos sail through; if yours needs attention, we'll message you rather than print a dud. It's the difference between ordering from a person and ordering from a robot.
- Who prints these? Wall art is printed by our professional UK print partner and shipped direct to you in plain, unbranded packaging. Magnets are still made by hand by us in Warwickshire.
- How long does wall art take? Made in 2–4 working days, then delivery. Photo tiles and prints are usually fastest; canvases can take a day or two longer.
- Can I put the same photo on a magnet and a canvas? Absolutely — lots of customers do. Order both and upload the same photo.
- How does the Leavers Collage work? Upload 10–35 photos and tell us their name, school and leaving year. A real designer arranges everything by hand in our scrapbook style and sends you a digital proof within 3 working days. Nothing prints until you've approved it — one round of tweaks is included. Allow 5–7 working days end to end.
